FIND OUT WHY

Queso de Cabra al Romero
A delicate cheese from a family-run cheese business, Quesos Cerron, in Fuente-Álamo, Albacete in Spain. Made out of goats milk and marinaded with the local indigenous herb, rosemary, the cheese is then cured for an exceptionally creamy and distinguished matured taste of Manchego cheese. |

The Fountain & Poplar Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 60 ml
From the olive cultivations in the region of Don Quixote in Spain, this olive oil is notable for its green colour and nutty acidity. Produced by the a large co-operative of more than 300 workers. We recommend a dash over your salads, to make the dressing extra special. On its own on toasted bread with a hint of salt is a classic. |
